The site for this project is a remarkable survival of rural industry, a leather tannery on the edge of a Wiltshire village with a series of listed stone and brick buildings in varying states of disrepair. The project aims to give continued use to these buildings through their sensitive conversion to rural offices and workshops.

Elsewhere on the site, modern low-grade warehouse buildings will be cleared to make way for around 60 new houses; live-work houses around a new public square continuing the grid of the existing buildings, courtyard houses designed around communal gardens, and larger houses to the edge of the site enjoying open views over parkland.
